• Personalization name is added during checkout in your shopping cart under “Student Division or Grade (if applicable)” for personalized items.

• Write Name (First or Last is recommended) EXACTLY how you would like it to appear on the left sleeve (name will go on the right if there is a logo on the left sleeve)

• Indicate name and item if you have multiple personalized items and would like a different name on each
